Most states put the age at 21 since the caisno's openly offer alchoholic beverages.Oklahoma, CA, Minnesota, FL and Turning Stone in NY are about the only places you will find a LEGAL 18+ cardroom. Do you have any idea about the Choctaw Casinos? I know they've started blackjack, but last I checked, they still didn't have poker yet. semaj550 0 Posted July 20, 2005 Share Posted July 20, 2005 Up here in Canuckistan the gambling age is 18 but the drinking age is 19 (most provinces anyway). I haven't found a casino outside of Quebec (where pretty much anything under the sun is legal to people 18+) that let's you in before your 19th b-day.
