We're 'assuming' a certain corporate structure of the farm. That might seem to be a stretch, since there are many corporate structures available to companies. I was arguing it isn't really a stretch, since all but one of those structures would be illegal or illogical given what we know - that it is a family farm with non-operational shareholders.More relevantly, I agree we're now arguing about nothing.
