Didn't you read this thread? Daniel only does well against weak players. This became obvious after playing ONE tournament in this wsop. Subsequently, he will no longer be playing in any tournaments OVER 5K now. Because he's washed up and all.

Aces Cracked, Aces Cracked, Now Queens... CrackedGreg Raymer made it 125,000 to go from middle position and Vitaly Lunkin looked him up from the big blind. Lunkin checked the {A-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {3-Hearts} flop, Raymer bet 200,000 and Lunkin called. The {3-Spades} on the turn earned checks from both players, and Lunkin check-called a 400,000 bet from Raymer when the {10-Clubs} hit the river."Ace is good," said Raymer, preparing to muck his hand, but Lunkin made him show it.Raymer {Q-Clubs} {Q-Spades}Lunkin {A-Clubs} {J-Clubs}Lunkin raked in the pot, increasing his stack to 4.2 million while Raymer slipped to 2.24 million.Salt in the wound? Do you think he is just unaware of the etiquette, or was trying to get under people's skin? I know it's his right to see the hand, but it's rare to see it live anymore. Especially at this high of a level.

This is not an etiquette breach by any stretch of the imagination. Raymer has to show or fold. Even if Raymer mucks, Lunkin has to table his hand but Raymer concedes any right to the pot. Greg understands this and shouldn't mind tabling his QQ.

By any stretch is a bit strong. How many times have you seen a hand go to showdown and the bettor says the exact same thing, or I missed, or You got it, and the winner tables his hand, loser mucks?

I see it all the time and I table my hand in a cash game when someone basically says that they missed or whatever. Just because it happens often doesn't make it the standard on etiquette.

Pretty sure it was reported wrong and Raymer had Q9, which makes sense because teh river bet with qq does'nt make any sense at all. Making him show his hand is kind of a dick move but obviously within the rules.
