Maybe I just don't know how to play them, but I'd much rather just play live LHE cash games than waste my time in any live donkament. At least the lower buy-in ones. On another note, I'd kind of hoped to be in California for one of these big tournaments this year so I could come and see the spectacle and play some cash games. Sadly, I will miss this one. I <3 Matt Savagge tournies...Still haven't decided exactly what prelims I want to play, but just the NLHE stuff. Are there any other options really?I think it makes sense to stay at the casino, but if it fills up for some reason I think there are a few viable places nearby -- there's a doubletree right down the street. Hope the cash games will be good cuz I'm def not subjecting myself to playing any tourneys...but I might play just one anyway. Virtually every live tourney I can remember I seem to go deep and bubble, or sometimes cash. I never bust early despite playing like 50% of hands which can suck if you waste 10+ hours of the day to win $0 or your buyin back+20%.Heard they have a 2/5 $200 max buyin game that I can't wait to crush, loool. Hope I can run good against the laggy west coast asians(and white fcpers) at 5/10, I think the play will be slightly looser than AC. Link to post Share on other sites
