So here's the plan. You don't shave for the series or cut your hair. You play day 1A and get your aces cracked on the first hand by AKs. You leave and go back to your hotel room in the Borgata. Now you shave your head and your beard and obtain a fake ID. You go back to the RIO and register for day 1C. You go to play on Day 1C.The only problem with this, is if you happen to cash, esp if you FT it. It could lead to quite a few problems.

I didn't think rebuys would be allowed but some tournaments allow you to do this if the registration is still open only. I have never registered for the ME so I don't know what information they collect from each player. Just curious to see if its a possibility

What happens if you FT?And you become known as this fake name? Then someone who actually knows you goes to the press and tells them you lied etc, and your forced to give up your winnings....Can't believe how stupid people are to actually think there is any remote chance of being able to do this! As said by me previously, if it was possible then you would have 7k + players all lining up to play day 1a so they can try the other days if it goes wrong.

Sometimes you could just complain and get back in (Singer?).....Actual Event:WSOP 2007 Event #2 (Casino Employees). My wife and I, who have been RANDOMLY seated, are chair 4 and 2 ON THE SAME TABLE. Seat 10 is vacant and the chips are being blinded off. After 2 orbits, a woman is shown this seat by a floor supervisor. As soon as she sees she has lost 300 in posted blinds, she complains. her arguement is that she had been standing in line to register for 4 hours and was one of the last entrants before the alternates. Alternates were going to be seated with full stacks on tables entirely of alternates. She wanted a full stack, too. The supervisor would not listen to her complaint. She took her seat and managed to blow off her entire stack in about 15 - 20 minutes. When she busted, she went in search of another supervisor to continue her protest.Skip ahead 30 minutes or so and I come back to the table from a trip to the facilities. At the end of the hand in play, my wife whispers "See who's in seat 10?". I look past the dealer and there is THE SAME WOMAN AGAIN. And she has a stack of chips in front of her. WTF?!?!?!Long story short.... she went and complained. She was allowed to come back to our table. She was only supposed to come with the 300 that was blinded off. She came back with a full stack. She was busto again in 10 minutes.

What if you grow out your hair and beard, find someone who looks very similar to you, and have him register under his name when it comes to the WSOP ME. And then you play for him, and assume you lose right away, you can just walk out, wait a couple of days and then do the shaving routine and use your own ID to register. If you cash, kudos.But now lets say if you didn't lose and are doing well under your look-alikes seat. Now you better make sure you don't say anything or do anything because once you cash, it will be a very good idea to pull the ole switch-a-roo one you cash (Assuming the day will end once everyone cashes). So the next day happens and you better make sure you cut your hair and whatnot and you rail your look-alike for the rest of the tourney, it's his tourney to win at that point . Of course, this plan only works if you trust the look-alike and you just plan on cashing, if you want to plan on winning it all...then pray the look-alike is good at poker....Twins or triplets can pull this off.
