Suited_Up 2
That's my thought as well. But I'd throw money on that and one of the big ones to hedge a bit. Just incase they do beat last year.

sixhands 0
The number of main event participants this year will be capped at 8000You heard it here first.
Jdr999 0
4000- 4999 70 to 15000-5999 8 to 16000-6999 9 to 1I would pound these bets. Such great odds. Also, Joe Hachem thinks the Main Event field will be around 5,000.http://www.pokernews.com/live-reporting/video-gallery/

Is this site easy to get money onto?MarkSomebody correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't you bet equally on everything 5000+, and worst case scenario lose about 20%. And anything under 8000 you make money. Although with stuff like this out there along with 4 day ones, I'm starting to think we may actually surpass last year.
profxavier9 0
there is probably a max of 1000 per bet on this. maybe less

psujohn 0
It is my understanding that the NGC doesn't allow a cap.I heard it somewhere else first, and then posted it here. That's the rumor that's been passed around for several years and yet every year they cap the number of entries on smaller events. Do you really think the NGC has different rules for the ME than every other tournament in town?

thebottomline 0
5000-5999 8 to 16000-6999 9 to 17000-7999 5.7 to 18000-8999 3.25 to 1Why is there a sudden jump down in odds and then back again for 5k-5.9 and then 6k-6.9? It'll be because a lot of people have been betting on 5k.For me, I'd happily bet 100 on the other three quoted. 6k+ 7k+ and 8k. If it's between 6k and 9k (not including exactly 9k) you earn a nice little chunk.

serge 904
this site is betfair.com...Unfortunately for my American friends they dont allow you on the site...Actually they have a very good poker site with some juicy lower limit no limit games and pretty good tourneys with guaranteed money that usually gives an overlay.. 13CARDS 0
It is my understanding that the NGC doesn't allow a cap.I heard it somewhere else first, and then posted it here.I've said it before and I'll say it again... only online can have a NO CAP tournament. B&M tournaments only have so many tables with so many chairs and so many days to run the event. If 25,000 people try to play the Main Event this year, people WILL BE turned away. Use your common sense. It has nothing to do with the NGC.

Vtlaxer09 4
there will probably be like 8500 people but daniel negreanu will win it by day 3. (only because he cant win on 1 and 2 because the days are split. After day 1... he will have 30,000,000 in chips.
