Ok, let's say I c/r the flop. What happens if he 3-bets? Do I call and then c/c the turn?If he just called my raise would I lead out on the turn?

Online 100 hands are dealt to you about every 1.5 - 2 hrs. I'd be more than satisfied with making $10-$15/hr in a 1-2nl game.
