  1. i remember reading about it in (an espn chat)? a few years ago. I can't find it by googling it. please help!
  2. did anybody else put cunningham on a steal on the river there with Q9? I figured a pair of 2s mayyybe...unreadable
  3. haha...i was worried that was a voice in my head. im glad someone else heard it.
  4. i just hid the X in the top right of the screen so i don't accidently close it....this is too good
  5. super cool....thank youbtw...just got off the phone with cox comm. (in louisiana)....they said it's a wide scale prob. and it was supposed to be on channel 603 (but it's 602 at my house) and everyone has to call a later day (and wait 30 minutes on the phone) to be refunded the 15 bucks. blahalso, anyone know what the delay between the online, live, and sirius is? thanks
  6. anyone still having the black screen problem. i bought it through cox comm. and have been on the channel, but it's just a black screen. have been on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone...oh well....also, is there somewhere on the internet to listen to the sirius broadcast w. phil gordon or do you have to have sirius? thanks in adv.
  7. uugghhhhhh....is there not a thread somewhere just bashing the announcers. theyre effing incredible.
  8. i used to play alot of low limit hu sngs. My winning record at the $5 tables was over 70% in over 200 matches mainly because people don't know how to fold preflop. Hand selection is the main thing in this game.....annndd i don't feel like typing anymore
  9. i think you analyzed it well...I've also recently realized how powerful sets can be against huge draws. This makes me think that calling on the flop would be the right play, and then making the 50/50 decision with ds flush and str8 draws for all your money (and still losing) on the turn. If i played this hand today, i would just call the reraise on the flop, putting him on a set, and then push on the turn, just in case he didnt have a set since odds are >=50% anyway
  10. definitely check raise the flop if you think he's weak. could have taken it down as long as he didnt have a monster, or if he could get off aces. Having the rainbow flop and only one low card would have made that possible
  11. If you improve? The 3h is the best possible card for you and one of the only ones i can see that actually helps you or puts you near the lead. The flush draw is too weak to be pushing with. Still...fold the flop
  12. I don't call allins pre at low limits bc people usually have AAxL. I sometimes go all in with AA pre if I have a good low card and i dont feel like thinking though.
  13. extremely easy fold on flop. Other player represented a good hand, not just an A24x. but if you do call, it's a slight call on the turn when low draw hits in a tournament only. you gotta scoop pots to win money hu.
  14. Kenan (from Kenan & Kel)...looked up the last name...Thompson

...If all of those are rainbow hands (i.e. pat hands) then wouldn't A678 beat the one before that? and since A345 (not listed) beats a majority of these hands, wouldn't this list be completely wrong. Btw, i'm still looking for some 'professional' info on this game. I understand a lot since i've played a good bit but it would be nice if someone like daniel chipped in a few words. thanks in advance to anyone with help...
  16. it's fun to watch him play heads up...at least i enjoy watching it
  17. it's over now...stevesbets finished him off by getting it all in pre. with 33 vs. 77 and flop 33x quads...
  18. this a joke? you actually emaled them to be your momma because you have no control over yourself? you honestly would actually sit and play blackjack again after what you went through with it already? you have a problem.you don't know what it's like to be addicted to blackjack
  19. correct...especially in the early stages
  20. seriously...why do people even click on the post if they know it's been posted and responded to 500 times? whatever
  21. I pick up 10 10 on the button and reraise a middle position raiser (loose maniac) ... the big blind flat calls and the original raiser calls... flop is A 10 5 ... BB checks... original raiser bets 3/4 the pot... i smooth call (putting him on AJ-AK) and the BB folds.... turn is a 5 ... he bets the pot into me... I smooth call again with my made full house... pot is up to about $100 and he has $45 or so left in front of him.... river A .... board reads A 10 5 5 A ... my boat is now dead... he moves in... I have to fold.... the only part that is questionable is to raise on the turn or not. does
  22. Heh, no, it wasn't horribly written, just really obscure.I'm not wading through anything. If you're 80% over a big sample you're probably the greatest player in the world, possibly in the history of the world.Get backers and challenge DN.Godspeed.It's definitely not impossible to win 80% of hu sngs at low limits... at $5 heads up plo8 i win close to 85% and there are more idiots in hold em so i believe it's VERY possible
  23. were you the same guy that thanked me for pointing out ten eight....ive always thought that was "tonight" misspelled...

I started using bodog a few weeks ago and it's been alot of fun. Even though i've bet on games for a while, they have alot of info on who makes the lines, why they move, etc. They also have alot of stupid props on things like Tom Delay (being guilty or not). If you do bodog use this referral number (you'll get a 10% bonus also) I'd appreciate it. Thanks...referral # P2DA599
