I can't say it enough, I hate Party Poker.I play at Poker Stars mainly. I like it much better, but that's just me. Yes you see a lot of beats on Party, but I see a lot on Stars and Full Tilt as well. I emailed poker stars this question:I am interested in getting and using Poker Tracker w/Game Time + or Poker Office. Poker Stars instant hand history makes this much easier to use. UB, Stars, Party.....ect. are all rigged. You were set up and you will be set up again. What happened to to OP happens to me everyday. No worries. I don't make a note everytime my overpair holds up after the flop when I'm way ahead. If I did make a note, I'm sure it would be easier to absorb. Here's what is so sick. The guy who called the all in after the flop may have seen an opportunity to knock another player out. So, they have a spread limit game where you can bet $2-5 at any time. The bets do not increase at the turn and river. This means that most draws have the correct pot odds to chase. It is very common to have 7 people in a hand that was raised from $2 to $7 pre-flop...crazy.

Sean, as you can see, almost everyone is interested in giving you some helpfull advise. You didn't get flamed too badly wrt the lording and elitist comments. Poker players smell weakness and react and these comments were just a touch defensive. what you gonna do? no worries.I would recommend reading every single strategy post and use the other forums, including general, as a bordem prevention devise. I agree w/ Bob Ciaffone here. It's all about action. Once a bet is out, the river card plays. If there is no action and the mistake can be corrected with the accurate river card, then that's what should be done.Once a mistake is made, someone's not gonna be happy. The player that threw the cards and chips and had to have security escort him out should be banned from that card room for one month or longer. Totally unacceptable, and it shows zero class.

A freeze out tourney on Full tilt, eh? My bankroll is on pstars but i think i still have 40 or so on FT. I guess I'll have to play this. A wild guess here, but I think there will be 20-30 players. I hope many more, but this means short handed tables and a freeze out structure should be 9 full tables. I think it should be a regular MMT structure until enough people start playing.
