  1. You asked for advice and you got it. Then just because people told you the truth you got all butt-hurt. That really leads me to believe that you weren't looking for advice, just people to be like, "oh, you played perfectly." When that didn't happen you replied by defending your play and basically trying to tell everyone else they were wrong. Don't ask for advice if you think you are right and just want praise, cause you aren't going to get it.
  2. i actually think i may have raised a little more preflop with people already in.
  3. i agree with all of this except on the flop. Mainly cause of poor position
  4. now that I am wking up, I take back the line about 77 earlier. That' s wrong. I change that to 44 maybe, or just junk. Maybe he is full of shit. I honestly got nothing where I usually have an idea at least.....eh. I gotta take a break from playing today, and stop partying on Sun. night
  5. I either lose $18 when the club comes or win $75 when no club comes or more if donk calls off chasing. Again Smash, going all in on the flop to win $17-$18 is +EV for someone that plays SNG Poker. If it works for you then Great!! Why don't you just try and be positive? What do you accomplish by being condescending? I promise you that I will not respond to you unless you come up with something intelligent. So consider your input invalid/ignored from here on out. Good Luck...Take Care...and TY!!i understand that he was kind of an ass when he responded, but he is right. I would have def be
  6. I like the way you played the hand. Seems pretty standard just bad luck about the runner runner.
  7. ahhh...no respect. It's hings like this that make me fell like nobody pays attention to me
  8. I honestly can't put him on any hands. maybe it's cause I'm all cheese brained from my party last night. Or maybe it is partly due to the fact that I can't read those stats, but I don't know. A6, A5? 77? I got nothin. That's why i think i would check the river
  9. just one that improves my hand. Btw, the avatar is great.also, im not sure if i should have bet this river or not.avatar is a work in progress...having trouble getting one that is not blurry down to the 100 x 120 size... In NL, I see this play all the time (by good players only), where they just call on the flop, but bet/raise on the river regardless of the card that comes off. I wasn't sure if your play here was following a similar line, but in limit HE. Since that wasn't your intention, would it not be better to raise on the flop then, giving you a better idea of your opponents hold
  10. I don't really know for sure if it is better to check or bet the river. Other than that I like the play. I'm just not sure what i would do on the river. Most of the time I think I would check behind also though.
  11. If we raise the flop, we're checking the turn regardless of our opponents.I would think in most 15/30 games, the free card play would not work, and we will not clean up enough outs, so we should simply call the flop bet.that's what I'm thinking too but what do you think our clean outs are? I am not really sure. I would think mostly an A or A right? what else can you really feel comfortable with?
  12. I think you did a good job of getting your free card though
  13. I think it would have been better if the flush draw wasn't there. I feel like this play loses value with the flush draw out there so it might have been better to just call, but if you are raising what cards will you want to come on the turn? If the turn is a brick would you continue betting? Do you think you could win it with a bet? Some of that depends on opponents I think.
  14. i call the river. I wouldn't raise preflop here either. I think it was played okay.
  15. The fact that they play more trash in the lower limits is exactly why it would seem more likely that someone would hit a board like that. There are just too many draws that now would have a good price to stay in on the flop. Even if the idiots at the micro limits don't know why they should stay in they are correct in doing so. Believe me, I am happy to pick up jacks. But out of the SB, I'm not raising into 3 people who are almost def calling. I think the main problem I have with it is the position, 2nd the number of people and size the pot becomes with raising. This is not a case of the more
  16. i usually fold here too, I don't like that hand early.
  17. I still think that making the pot bigger preflop here is a bad idea, despite DN being "out of touch with micro limits." whether it's 2/4 or 200/400 making the pot bigger gives draws a good price. *sigh* nevermind... I don't raise with it here, but that is just me. I don't think that is a major leak even if i am wrong, but I don't think I am.

  19. I like trying to get it HU preflop here. You don't lose/gain any extra bets if you do (assuming he calls, and the other guy folds) and you don't have to worry about MP2 hitting his overcard, just the button. The fewer people the better I think, w/ jacks.
  20. I like this Idea too, if you are willing to pay for the info.
  21. http://fullcontactpoker.com/poker-forums/v...ghlight=#318192here's what DN said about raising from the SB w/ jacks
