he could be thinkin you reraised the 100 looking to take the 35 he put in just meaning to call, if he knows you think he has a hand just worth calling with and thinks you are steal raising he could call here with AJ
-
reraise the flop, he probly still calls but its the right play
-
betting here will give little to no information, he is going to flat call with a diamond draw, straight draw or ace, he wont raise you with any of those hands, take a river and see what he does you have position and control of the hand, if he has a weak ace than he is scared too because you could have A10-AK
-
agreed your stack is too short to be set mining at this point despite the small reraise preflop and multiway action, fold preflop and you are almost definitely losing postflop
-
he would've probably led out or raised a set on that flop to protect against a straight draw, bet a little more than 2/3 the pot (about 11-12) so that he has no odds with his likely 67xx
-
seems like he has AAJ5 or some crappy hand that doesn't justify raising pre flop.
-
If he respects your raises like you said and you know he wouldnt reraise with a hand like AK a bet on the flop is most likely a fold from him if he has KK or QQ like your read tells you. A check though, if he is a decent player, also looks suspicious as he probably has you on a hand like JJ or AQ since you smooth called his reraise out of position. That is a tricky flop to really get any value out of, he doesnt seem like he would call a bet or make a continuation bet if checked to. I'd probly expect a check-check and than bet about 60% of the pot on the turn hoping to look like i have a weak a

check sounds good, seems like the only hand you beat is KJ or an unlikely A7, however A8 or A9 or 77 is definitely possible and a bet from you will definitely be called by him with any of those hands
-
I agree, not betting the turn only gives them more of a chance to make a hand that beats me on the river as opposed to a hand that pays me off, but I made a greedy, donk check.

Live $1/2 game at Turningstone, 8- handed.Hero is Cutoff with 22Folds to hero (about 120 on table)Hero limps, Button folds, Sb calls (about 70, tight-passive), BB checks (about 80, fairly TAG)Pot: $6Flop: Kx Jx 6xEveryone checksTurn: 2xEveryone checksRiver: 5xSB checks, BB bets $4, Hero raises to $14, SB folds, BB shoves for another $65 or soThe BB has played fairly tight but has made a couple LAG plays post-flop when the action slows. However, I feel like he wouldn't make a play here. 34, 55 or does he have a weak two pair? Hero's play?
