I know the feeling.I find the best thing to do is just forget everything other than the decision you're about to make. If you're in a tournament, stop checking on what the chip average is and what position you are in, i used to convince myself that i needed a quick double up or i'd wouldn't have a chance to cash and i'd play terribly when i really didn't need to.Just play your best poker, don't worry about how many chips you have or how many you had 5 hands ago, forget the past, forget the future and figure out what your next move is in the present.
