There's not much point having bankroll management if you won't move down, and if you can't take it seriously then you really need to work on that. I myself have moved back down from $25 to $10 a couple of times, and each one has been just what I needed. The thing that requires is patience, though, and you really don't seem to have patience... 75,000 hands in 18 days is absolute ludicrous. That averages out to 4,172 hands a day. You say you were 4-6 tabling, so let's say you're 5 tabling and are playing 90 hands per hour per table*, so that's 450 hands per hour. That adds up to over 9 hours per

Generally when a nit bets the flop it's because they're too weak to check/raise, and don't want to be check/calling.When he checks the turn, though, I just get the feeling he's gotten stronger, and wants to feign weakness.
