regarding todays blog....isnt there a max buy in at the Wynn for NL cash games? How could you sit down at 5-10 with over $100K? I would think most people would get up, espically when your grossly overbetting pots.

Raymer was raising every pot last year, and re-raising peoples bets from what we saw on tv.....i like devilfish more than Raymer...but that was uncalled for...as usual though, Raymer handled it with class.

That doesnt seem fair......imo, the short stack should always be forced to leave.....the big stack should be able to stay at the table he made his chips at.....The other Flack was moved to Mizrachi's table, and Flack had a ton of chips

I have always thought Phil Laak was a moron.......his antics at the table are ridiculous......but even worse is his nickname....that is awful, espically for people that lost loved ones to the real unabomber....I was very disappointed to see Laak play for a braclet this year.......I hope he fades away in the poker world.......but i agree with you 100% DN, and commend you for approaching him.

DN...I believe I read somewhere that you like the format of this tourney on FSN, and that you would participate in the next event. I think that the structure is awful..IMO, your really not watching poker being played...Its basically an all in fest due to the structure and contains no bluffing (which imo is what NL is all about)....Whats your opinion?Thx,A/K

Does anyone else agree that this is awful?? We are not seeing real poker being played. The amount of chips given along with the blind structure and speed of the rounds creates an all in fest!!!
