it has been 4 days now and i can't sit down at a table; i get the "unrecoverable error" BS every damn time - i have uninstalled/reinstalled, anything i can think of... when is this stuff going to end??? i have played thousands and thousands of hands here, gone through my hand histories not showing up, the lag and every other problem that has been mentioned a million times here, but not even being able to sit at a table is by far the most infuriating thing i have experienced yet. when i open a table, all i can see is this little star on the top left side of the table, oh great, a casino link, i

ah this thread was very special. i fondly remember reading it to pass time at work... however the retards @ Neverwin getting raped for $30k+ was much more entertaining, has all of the fun of this thread except for multiple victims, international intrigue, etc. -
well i must amend this to a small degree, after just seeing Kido Pham's all-in suckout with J10o against Joe Hachem's KK on ESPN - Joe looked like he absolutely knew those Js were going to hit the flop...even saying in a very frustrated tone "why don't they ever believe me?!"

i think that is indicative of all noobs, a noob doesn't see "4:1 favorite", he just sees a chance for someone to draw out on him; i think it is something we all experience when we are new to the game, after all he said he has only been playing for 9 months...as well, i think a lot of the young TV noobs who start playing think they have to adopt the Hellmuth-esque condition of acting disgusted whenever someone makes what they perceive as an inferior play.

he is one of the "ungrateful 7" you dolt, do your damn research

get 300 BBs together and prepare for some soul-crushing downswings my friend. like a previous poster said, blowing 100 BBs very quickly is nothing... shoot 300 BB might not even be enough for a limit noob, i started with the aforementioned 300 BB and immediately went on a -200BB downer, and that was the week after i had read SSHE front to back, so be prepared, it happens to everyone, best thing to do after some nasty beats is to smoke a joint and jerk off, instant tilt remedy

understood - how much of a river bet are you calling at this point? what if he's jacking it up to $25?
-
i like to bet maybe $8 or 9 on the turn, if he pushes or raises, i probably fold, if he calls, i check the river and feel better about folding if he bets big - it is very, very rare that he bets holding anything that you beat with a pair of aces
