Right... try remembering there is more then just the income tax, and he would qualify for the top bracket at 2.5 million, which I think is currently 45%. There are other taxes he would have to pay, but I'll let someone more qualified then me talk about that. He does luck out being from Tennessee (no state income tax).Also something that I haven't seen mentioned on this thread yet, he cashed at a PLO event at last years WSOP. Absolute poker for volume.Lately, Party Poker for reward.Prima sites, 2/3 a day ($200, and $1,000, but a very large field to go through)and Pokerhost gets a mention because you can (or used to be able to) turn play chips (a large amount) into real money. And a couple of daily freerools.All four of those have a no-ante tournament structure, if you want that you'll have to go to full-tilt. There are also a couple of online freeroll leagues you could look up.

I had a great run to start off, at the half hour mark I was up 5k (which is a better start then I ever get).Then I had QQ run into KKAK, got my ace on the flop, ran into a set of 9s (pocket 9s).That had me down to 650 in chips, I moved in with A7 to steal a couple limp ins (I was in the BB) called by 66 and I was done.What was really annoying about that was it was the same player each time.Finished 1284.

To jump from that to a barely related topic.Scientists are now proposing to use what amounts to decaying nuclear waste for batteries. They are supposed to have a super-long lifespan (I think I heard over 10 years), and they are thinking it would work well for pacemakers.
