Let's say we have position on MP1.River: [Th] (7.75BB, 3 players)MP1 checks, Hero checks, CO bets, MP1 folds, Hero calls?
not sure if its a good call, but it cant be a bad one. you really did pick up on the problem here though, its that your in the middle of the aggressor and the other player. if you really thought the better was FOS and the guy in the middle knew how to lay down TP you could checkraise, but that doesn't seem like a good idea to me here.

with CO's stats he has a wide variety of hands and doesnt have to have a KMP1 is who should worry you. but getting almost 9-1 it's hard to fold on the river I think. If we thought MP would fold a K, betting out would be better than c/r, because after he called one he would call a second in frustration, but he might fold to a river donk. i probably just c/c this river

see showdown.win $$$.CO is Aggressive enough both Pre and Post and MP LoosePassive enough (although, little info on him) such that you will be ahead of both of enough now without fear of a raise behind you, to call this river.make sense?

I think the flop is where we make this hand a little easier. I like leading out here to try to get some idea of where we are, or check/raising. Actually, I like c/ring best b/c it freezes out UTG. If CO 3-bets the flop we can be pretty sure he has a K and just play to hit our flush. If he calls a turn bet will often pick up the pot. If not, we'll also sometimes make our hand. All in all, I think check/raising the flop is by far the best way to play this particular hand.

you have definitely been playing shorthand a lot.given we know these guys call down with any piece, especially HeadsUP, I'd rather maintain an equity edge and not discourage MP1But I could use some work on winning potsI always played as if my opponent had a hand, at least top pair, when he was the pf aggressor. Still, I would make money just from the hands I actually did have the best, or with an occassional time everyone folded to a cb.Even SH I didn't muscle better hands out, as much as I picked off bluffs and bet for value.I'd prefer your play if we had any showdown value, as is, I'm playing it passively.

this was my initial thought, being more aggro on the flop and maybe take down the pot without having to improve. however, we are being more aggressive to make better hands like AQ or AJ fold when both miss, not to get an idea of where we are. we have a T high flush draw, thats where we are. Leading out on the flop often gets us nowhere as most pf raisers will raise this flop no matter what they have, so I think c/r would be the best option here, unless MP has been calling down with any piece, in which case I take Actuary's line
