DO NOT EVER PLAY THIS SITE!!!!! I was disconnected three times during one day and lost all of my buy ins for the sit and go's I was in. They have serious problems with their software. Pacific kept telling me it was my fault, however, I was also playing a table on UB, and full tilt at the same time (because you can only paly one table there) and was not disconnected. I have never had connection problems witha nay site I have ever played on, except pacific. Their customerservice is absolutely terrible as well. I withdrew my money immediately and would advise anyone to not play there.

I played all weekend at the limit 1-2 tables. No connection problems for me. Also 5 hours at 1-2 with a good run of cards got me about 10BB/hour.Not bad for playing with free money!!!!

If you have put money in the account you can't get bonus for deposit but you can refer a friend and you will get $100 and your friend will get $50.

There is a 25% deposit bonus as well up to $100.I did it (they gave SuitedUp $100 for the referral) and am very pleased. Taking out a deposit to Neteller took a few days... but seriously this was easy money. I'm a fan of Pacific.Also, the players are pretty loose but you can only one table and some people report connection/freeze up problems with their software.

One clue about their software is that I first played there over a year ago and I'm pretty sure they haven't put out an update since. :shock: I had the same connection problems and eventually withdrew all of my money. Very frustrating to lose tourney buy-ins because of continued disconnection.I think I have $10 over there free that they put in my account but I haven't taken the time to grab it yet.

How did you request the withdrawal, I did it the long way and requested a bank draft which took me 4 weeks.

I have to agree with this...i deposited there about a month ago to take advantage of their sign up bonus....not only does the site have the worst interface ive ever seen, but i got disconected so often that i withdrew my money without even bothering to finish the bonus. ive never had such a negative experience with any other site ive played on

You have to withdraw the same way you deposited and I didn't want to do their BS neteller "bonus" so I just did wire transfer. Still waiting for the dang transfer.Oh and yes, I hardly ever can log on. I have only been able to log on once during the day, and almost all the time at night, but that's just not good business. I've even deleted the software and re dowloaded about 5 times to see if the problem was on my side, and I'm convinced it isn't.But I am awaiting my original deposit to get back and passively playing some NL ring games and SNG.Nothing great about the interface or players. Seems like there is a LOT less chat on this site though. Not sure if that's good or bad. I'm indifferent on that one.

I am not having any connection issues myself, but I have heard several people complain.Regardless according to several other people you can withdraw your bonus with out playing apperently so there is no need to waste your time I guess and take your additional free money.
