Everything is fine except your bet sizing. Bet a little more on that board on the flop. Raise more on the turn (should be closer to 4, 4.50).

Nothing like knowing he has a big hand, knowing you have him right where you want him yet also knowing that the board is going to pair on the river.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)UTG ($0.70)MP ($12.05)CO ($11.30)Hero ($9.85)SB ($19.85)BB ($4)Preflop: Hero is Button with J :4h , T :club: . 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.35, SB calls $0.30, BB calls $0.25.Flop: ($1.05) 6 :D , K :5c , Q :ts(3 players)SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.75, SB folds, BB calls $0.75.Turn: ($2.55) A :D(2 players)BB checks, Hero checks.River: ($2.55) Q :D(2 players)BB bets $0.5, Hero raises to $3, BB calls $2.40 (All-In).Final Pot: $8.35Results in white below: BB has 6s 6h (full house, sixes full of queens). Hero has Jh Td (straight, ace high). Outcome: BB wins $8.35. Every session I play I just feel like I have an uphill battle to even get anywhere. It doesn't even feel like a downswing anymore. Just that I must be doing something so fundamentally wrong to be losing money. Blegh.

Okay, I bolded the top part. Now bet the turn.Edit: Actually, let me clarify. Since he is short, I don't mind checking the turn but since your read was that he was strong, you should be betting the turn.

$170k, which is probably like 1300 a month
Congrats, just looked at the pics... I'd take it in a sec. Lemme know when the one next door is for sale, lol. But seriously... gonna try to move out there by next year hopefully... depends if I can start winning some monies, lol. So awesome though... the little condo we have now was like 185k, and not even a full 1br.
