Hi,FYI re: YouTellerSource: http://www.compatiblepoker.com/usa.php#usapokerupdatesArchived Hourly UpdatesUpdated Tuesday Feb. 612:44pm - Egrmagazine, a leader in online gaming news, reported that Youteller ( a new ewallet) is making false claims. In order to read the news at EGR you need a registered account (full article). If you don't have an account here are the basics of the article. Youteller claims to be trademark of a company Seed Capital Ltd in East London but instead after search from EGR they showed up in Oxford. Here is the scary part. When EGR contacted Oxford Technology Management they said they've never heard of Youteller. Schweitzer, the guy who seems to be in charge of Youteller, and his company do not seem to be registered with FSA. Egaming Review just broke this story so for now BEWARE OF YOUTELLER. In fact, beware of all new ewallets not readily supported by large companies.

More info on yesterdays' YouTeller story:Source: http://www.compatiblepoker.com/usa.php#usapokerupdatesArchived Hourly UpdatesUpdated Wednesday Feb. 71:27am - We went ahead and contacted Youteller about the claims that Egaming Review made about them. According to Peter Deveraux, a representative of Youteller, the claims are false (read post below for claims). He said the Oxford based Seed Capital Ltd. may have another authorization but the company listed on the FSA website is their London based company. It seems this was most likely a misunderstanding. I will post the follow up story that eGaming Review publishes when it comes out. I'm sure the owners of Youteller will make sure their name is cleared if indeed these accusations were not true.Updated Tuesday Feb. 612:44pm - Egrmagazine, a leader in online gaming news, reported that Youteller ( a new ewallet) is making false claims. Youteller sent an email to respond to Compatiblepoker.com's inquiry:http://www.compatiblepoker.com/Youteller+E...+Claims.new.htmFeb 07, 2007 Youteller Email Attempts to Clarify False ClaimsThe founder of Youteller, Florian Schweitzer, contacted Compatiblepoker.com about false claims by Egaming Review that said Youteller was falsely claiming to have been given approval by the FSA to operate as an ewallet.Instead of giving you guys my interpreted version of this I will let you read the direct email that Florian Schweitzer sent us when asked about the allegations eGaming Review made. There are also some quotes from eGaming Review's follow up news post after they spoke with Youteller about these matters.Dear Roger, It was just a mistake. We - Seed Capital Ltd. - are the owner of a 'Small E-Money Issuer Certificate'. The Oxford based 'Seed Capital (Publishing) Ltd.' may have an other authorisation, but the company that is listed as a Small E-Money Issuer on the FSA website is definitly our company based in London .http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/eMoney.dohttp://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/WebCHeck/fastrack/Our contact person at the FSA:camilla.agard@fsa.gov.ukCamilla AgardAssociateAuthorisation Department+44 (0) 207 066 0356Ms. Agard had communication with Johannes Knierzinger (YouTeller co-founder). Here are some quotes taken from Egaming Review after they talked to the FSA and Schweitzer about the claims."An FSA spokesperson has confirmed that it has granted a small e-money certificate to YouTeller, the registered trademark of Seed Capital Limited."“The spokesperson went on to explain that the confusion arose because there is another Seed Capital Ltd to be found on the FSA register with the same name. The contact for this company is Oxford Technology Management, a firm which undertakes insurance mediation.”“Schweitzer confirmed that his company intends to enter the US gambling transaction market, but added that he had not told the FSA this information.”News Source: Compatiblepoker, Egaming Review, Youteller lol 'e-under-my-mattress' seems good, like nutzbuster said in another thread. No kidding Donkslayer! lol
