FCP Bob 1,312
I just want to give everybody a quick status update. On Game is going to continue to block all FCP players from playing for real money. We thought that we could get our Non-US players back playing at On Game but that isn't going to be the case. The techs are working non stop now to get FCP up and running on the new network. We anticipate that this will happen at some point over the weekend or on Monday. You can still view your balances at the My Account page on the website or the FCP Cashier.http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker/myAccount.phpIf there is a time that you can't log into these areas it is most likely connected to the technical transitions that are going on.I want to thank everybody for their patience and understanding during this time of change for FCP. deimers 0
Can we have extra time to clear our existing deposit bonuses to make up for the downtime?? Otherwise it's going to be impossible for a lot of people. Thanks

profligate 0
I'm hoping that something will be kicked back to non-US players. Since it's is in no way illegal for me to play and I'm currently blocked, I'm rather frustrated.
FCP Bob 1,312
At the moment players can't access the My Account area or the FCP Store but you can access the cashier and the casino. This is related to the technical work that is being done on our systems to transition to the new network. Within the cashier you won't see the balance that is in your poker account. If you wish to see that you can contact our support team and they should be able to transfer the money from your poker account to your cashier account for you.Our latest estimate is that we will be up at the new network at some point Sunday or Monday.Thank you again for your patience and understanding. XKalenX 0
My poker account is in $USD and the cashier is in $CND. It seems like I'm going to be hit with the exchange rate twice: once when my poker account goes to the cashier and once when I want to play poker again after the site comes back up. Is this what is going to happen? Or did my cash go into a USD cashier account (does it exist?), thus avoiding the double whammy of exchange rates?

The rate does fluctuate so if you make transfers at different times it will be different.

HonestPirate 0
Now it wont even take my password. I can't even play the free money now.Me thinks that anyone who has waited thru this change should have the opportunity to become a VIP proviso they didnt take any money out of their account.Yours TruelyWishful thinking. frizzak 0
This is starting to drag...Maybe the 20% wasnt enough to keep me here....Since you were wrong by a week on the new start time, and you will no doubt tell us again it has been delayed, i am hoping a new deal can be made for us players.Dont get me wrong, this is my favorite poker site. Other sites are however up and running at this moment. maybe a little more incentive, or a sneak peak at what is to come.

FCP Bob 1,312
Hi everybody, the current best estimate is that we should be up and running on the new network on Tuesday. It took longer then expected to sweep the money from the poker to cashier accounts. On Monday the casino, cashier and other FCP systems may be down for most of the day while the techs integrate the new network systems and FCP's. oldirtyharry 0
FCP Info are the bonuses that have been cleared going to be automatically put into our cashiers acount? If not could you have someone manually take care of mine so I can play on Tuesday without depositing? Thanks. Dirty_Harry
EurekaKid 0
Will the new network's bonus clearance system be based on raked hands in which cards were dealt (the old system) or will it be based upon contribution to the pot like many other sites.

They missed there draw, bluffed the river and got stacked What pisses me off is no explaination to whats going on with the new network and any other sites that might be joining in thats going to make this the new hot place to play. Good going poster boy . Its ok.. I'll see you on the table one of these days .
AcidJoe 0
I'm guessing no news is not good news. For as good as FCP has been this lack of news is incredible.
