fleung22 1
Until recently I' haven't made many posts but I very much enjoy reading the forum. In that time I realized that there are some pretty smart players on this forum (besides Daniel) and some FCP Members have become online celebraties themselves. You see guys like Smasharoo and Suited_Up and know who they are by their avatars alone.Online you never really know who you're playing against so I'd like to propose a FCP battle tonight with fellow members. The game is $3/6 Limit Hold'em on PartyPoker.I'd love to play you guys and see how I do! Some might be interested in even just watching. If there's enough response I'll open a private table, announce the password and start time (tentatively 7:00 PM EST)BTW...there's a redeposit bonus on PartyPoker right now...I think the code is BONUSMAR for 20% bonus up to $200.Are you guys up for this?!! Lemme know!! ...gotta go get groceries then I'll check the forum to see whether we've got a game or not.
MarionSauce 0
that is too high for me, i'm not a "balla baby" like you guys!
fleung22 1
Hmm...looks like no takers. I check again in an hour but if not today would anybody be interested in playing a FCP forum ring game in the future?
KDawgCometh 2
interested, but not at 3/

PrtyPSux 0
you cant really measure true skill in one session unless maybe if u make it a freezeout ..then again it wouldnt really matter what limit your playing at..
PittRounder 0
looks like no takers, but if you do it, i'm in
fleung22 1
you cant really measure true skill in one session unless maybe if u make it a freezeout ..then again it wouldnt really matter what limit your playing at..Well...This isn't really meant to be the limit game to declare the best player on the forum. Just a chance to play with some of the people who have given me advice over the last 6 months. I want to see how I stack up after a year of playing this game.I realize the3/6 limit is not perfect for everyone but it never will be. It's too low for some and too high for others. I wanted to see how I do over 3-4 hours at a decent limit so that I really focus on playing well. 3/6 is definitely enough money to keep my attention and I think it weeds out less experienced players who wouldn't really be a good evaluation of my play.I'll still sit and wait for responses and I'll post the private table info if there's enough response. Where's Smash? Suited Up?
KDawgCometh 2
If I was normally playing 3/6 it'd be no prob, but I'm not gonna overstyretch my BR just to play a friendly game, ya know
NormanHaupt 0
uh.. if it were celebrity ring game..wouldn't it only be the famous FCPers? You know, Smash, wrto, allinbluff, elkang, Web, akishore? These are the hardcore guys I'd want to go watch play. I wouldn't want to see Bob403 who has 3 posts playing (no offense)
Suited_Up 2
I'm here... but 3/6 is a little outside of my range with only like 150 in my account right now, lol. Also, we do this quite often over at pokerstars, but at the .05/.10 level, so we can have a little fun. Although I might go get that march bonus at party cause they're so easy to clear. Gotta try to make a little first though so I can get more bang for the buck.

NormanHaupt 0
JWeb, yoSorry, trying to get in touch with my black side.
fleung22 1
Totally understand...don't play if you're not comfortable. Not looking for anyone to get hurt or lose any sleep....haha, and yeah...I suppose it's not "really" a celebraty challenge of sorts since I want to play and I'm a nobody on this forum. But it sounds better than "FCP no names battle"
NormanHaupt 0
lol I think what you want is involved in our FCP tables- which I will be orgnaizing tonight for sure. They're usually on PStars, we'll all go play .05/.10 cents and go nuts. At previous tables, we've done No Limit and gone all-in on every hand with min-buyin. Tilted entire tables. We've done stud ad omaha before too. I've fallen off organizing them lately, but I might get a holdem going tonight. usually if you want to find a game, do a search on NormanHaupt on PStars. 90% of the time I've got another FCPer playing with me at one of my four tables. I'll send you to the right table.Good luck
fleung22 1
Well...thanks for those who responded. Doesn't look like this will happen today. Maybe another time.If you wanna find me I'll be on Party and my username is "fleung"
