They were required to certify the results by such and such a date, got an extension, another one, and still a 3rd, and asked for a fourth. Sec State for Florida said no, they went to court to try to make Sec State ignore Fl Cons., and got slapped. Nobody appointed Bush, and nobody successfully stole an election.
