Viper_13 0
45 "man" sng on Stars.Somehow I made it to the final table. With six of us left, I was the only male.I wonder how many ladies were actually in the tourney to start with. They took pity on me and only two of them beat me. I'm wondering if this is abnormal or becoming more commonplace. On the rare occasion I play in B&M, I still don't see THAT many women. I not sure, but I think it was nice to see. Until I busted out that is.

Why would I want to stare at a picture of myself all day long?

Viper_13 0
Finished third. Chipleader was a little much to overcome. Also, the eighth player at the FT was L. Croft. Don't know if a guy would use that screenname.
llou 0
I'm going to venture a guess that a lot more women play online that go to B&M rooms. A lot of women may be a little uncomfortable going to a B&M card room alone ... at night ... etc. Many women would be socially uncomfortable in such an environment. After all, the B & M environment was developed for and by men. However, that same woman might have no qualms about playing in the comfort and safety of her own home -- anonymously -- where no one knows she is a woman unless she chooses to tell them. And as they get more experience, it should be no surprise seeing them make final tables.llou
theresa113 0
We are sneaky creatures. Watch out.Seriously, I do know many women who are not that comfortable going to a card room, especially alone. First time I went I took a male friend who had no clue about anything. I now go to home games, casinos and casino cruise boats by myself with no problems.
