the pill is so easy to make fun of, as above, since he is so honest in his blog and his posts, but he just keeps doing it. I think you really have to respect that. I mean in some ways the guy is a trainwreck, living at his mom's, losing most of his 1500 bankroll playing over his head in 400 buyin heads up no limit, so of course it is easy for dickheads to pick on him here and in the comments of his blog. But pointing out things he obviously does wrong comes off sort of like you are some kid in middle school that always got picked on, and then you finally found some one even more pathetic than you so you totally smash on him to make you feel better about yourself. But if you look above there is maybe one piece of poker advice and the rest is just people restating the same piece of advice or making fun of him. I got 3rd in a 420 person Stud tourney yesterday. Didn't really think it was necessary to make a thread about it though, especially one bemoaning my terrible luck because I lost a couple pots where I was favored. in reference to pots you lost against AK, JJ, and KK, you're just asking to get made fun of. You didn't get "sucked out on by an idiot", you ran some good hands into some other good hands, and you lost some pots. That's poker. If you can't handle the variance, then maybe you should stop playing.

Would you call a short stacks all-in with Js 9s in BB when getting 2 to 1 on your money. I had 6700. He had 2500 and he pushed all-in on the button. I figured him for nearly anything so I called. He had KK. This is why I stopped playing tourneys. Idiots suck out on you.

I feel your pain. I really wish when I had JJ that I'd get called by someone with AA rather than AK.And I have to agree that calling J9 with KK is an absoolute donk move. You didn't give us the chip count, but I'm guessing there was no way he had odds to call you with KK there.If I were you I'd just go back to playing you 100/200NL cash game instead of those $20 tournments.

16th place. I think this was the first money finish I've had in about 6 months. SNG's or anything actually. I would have been a contender to win it had my QQ held up. If QQ held, I would have had 20,000 chips. I would have made top 10 at least.

I think people are missing the big point. First money finish in 6 months? Why are you even playing poker? You should just quit.
