It's not with the judge, but it's some pre-hearing stuff. I'm nervous because they are going to ask us a bunch of stuff about our parenting and his behavior and whatnot. It's so when we go to the hearing next week, the judge can determine whether or not he comes home with us or goes into custody. The lawyer thinks it's very unlikely that the judge will order him into custody, but I'm still a little freaked out. Besides, I'm not cool with the idea of the authorities prying into our lives when the case they are making is based on so little (extremely circumstantial) evidence.
