Awesome! Well disregard what I said above then obviously.I wonder why they lowered all the rates recently. Don't have many rooms booked maybe?

I don't know.. it was weird. I got 3 different rates within like 15 mins lolI canceled Flamingo, because you cant choose to even look at other rates with overlapping dates on their site.Then I went to PH and it said $530 with just me.. so you always have to go to the "start over" button to get to the reservation screen that lets you add a companion's total rewards number too. So I entered Dustin and went to the My Offers thing. I grabbed my Planet Hollywood reward offer and put that in. Gave me $430.00..So then I look at the rest of my offers and I see a Free & discounted room night offer. So I click on that.. Comes up with $280 but says, This reward is not valid for this room chosen. But then under that it said, This rate available without current offer.. So I going hmmm...So I exit out of everything and go back in with just My and Dustin's numbers with no rewards and out comes the $280 again.. I said SHIP IT! hehe

I didn't care where we stay and PH is close enough to Flamingo that I don't think it'll be a big deal to get over there whenever. When I saw how cheap PH was and how close it was, I was definitely staying there even if nobody else did. I think Nik intended to stay at Flamingo but when she called to see if I wanted to bunk up, I told her sure but I was staying at PH. She didn't care where either as long as it was close to everyone. So that's how that all came to be.Or maybe we're trying to get away from you. (I'm totally kidding about that. It's nothing at all like that.)Flamingo was kind of dirty last year. I don't think they'd vacuumed the hotel hallway carpet in 2 weeks.Have you looked at it again? Cause when I checked a month ago, I was going to have to pay for Friday and Saturday. I have not been to a Harrah's property in that month yet those 2 nights are free now. Might not hurt to check again just in case.

Ohh and I guess I didn't really get the same impression of the Flamingo because we had the Pimped out pink lighted bathroom room last year? Maybe that is why I didn't really think it was dirty there. I loved our room.

Our room was fine. It was the hallways between our room and the casino. Maybe it was just our wing but there were room service dishes out for hours and I swear to dog I walked by the same gum wrapper in the exact same spot all 4 days I was there.

Our hotel bill at Planet Hollywood is a whopping $0.00.I'm not sure why but all 4 nights are comped now. So that totally makes up for the extra $180 I spent on nonstop flights.

Over the weekend I gave my first public performance as well.It was cool. It was fun. I was a taken aback when people clapped. I really didn't expect that so I was like "WTF" for a minute. That WTF feeling quickly turned into "THIS IS FUCKING BADASS!!!!!!!!!"

However I wish you guys would have spoken up about where you wanted to stay before we booked Flamingo.. We can still change, but last rate I had was $420 there, and that was with my and Dustin's Total rewards combined.. (Apparently he was not degenerate gambler enough either) unless I call and start trying to get them to come down on price because of my tier score that reset on me..

Woot! Ok.. Me and Dustin are now booked at Planet Hollywood too!I was able to get us a better deal than the original one I had.. $280 + tax for the 5 nights

Hmmmm.........Ok, I'm starting to rethink this now. I knew Voldys were staying at PH, but I didn't realize everyone was changing last year's location. Actually, I think I'm now the only one booked at Flamingo. I booked online and it won't let me check PH's rates because it says I already have a reservation for those dates. I may try to call them this weekend to see if I can change the reservation, but I seriously doubt I'll get as good a deal from PH than I did at Flamingo.Not that I'm in love with the Flamingo itself, but I got a cheap deal and do like the central Strip location.

No, I booked same time I bought my flight.And Spicey is also at PH? If everyone's there now, I'll probably change even if it's a little more.Plus, I've never stayed there before.

All the casinos around here are indian casinos. No Harrah's. We do go to the Harrah's in Kansas City and St. Louis occasionally but we haven't been there since we went with Nik & Dave however long ago that was.
