PimpRock 0
Again... this might have been discussed and for all those easily offended types, if I have wasted a few seconds of your valuable time I apologise.I just watched the WPT event which he 'won' and I have never, ever, ever, ever, ever, seen a run like it. The only word I could use to describe his performance was sick. I could not believe my eyes the way he a) Played the tournament and B) defied logic, statistics and mathematics to take it down. My personal favourite was his 267 - 1 shot when he hit running sevens. So, what do we know about this dude? Please tell me he is a flash in the pan and he used like 5 years worth of luck to take this tourney down.

Quite reassuring really.you thought his reckless style of play could actually be successful? he got lucky and caught gold in one tourney...i can guarantee with almost 100% certainty that he'll never win a bracelet or another WPT, if he ever even makes another final table. I was genuinely shocked he won the tournament, I truly was. As someone whose name I recognised but knew little about I had to sound out whether or not he had had any other successed. Besides which, Gus managed 3 WPT titles and although I have amssive respect for him, many people woul dhave guaranteed he got lucky and wouldnt repeat, never ming threepeat. DDiabolical 0
Yea I watched it tonight too. About halfway through it go so boring, because every time he had the worst hand it was obvious he would take it down. This guy did everything wrong and won. A disgraceful day for poker. Then at the end, Sexton, "wow the most exciting WPT final table in history!".I would have paid money for it to have not taken place.
