If this whole thing were true you would be playing MORE online and getting rich off this program on the REAL money tables like anyone else who had the power to predict the flop.On a somewhat related and entertaining subject, I just saw on Vegas Cheaters this programmer guy who worked for the Nevada Gaming Commission got the code for the Keno algorithm and went home and reproduced it. He then recruited a known cheat and went to a casino and hit the Keno Jackpot. He would be in the hotel room running the program relaying the next numbers to play to the guy downstairs through an earpiece. But they made some huge mistakes like checking in the hotel with an ID from the bahamas and when winning the jackpot giving them an ID from New Jersey. Anyway, they're now in jail for a long time.

Has this happened at real money tables at all? Because it's very likely the software sends out the entire board on the play money tables preflop, but only sends out the info when it's needed on real money tables. The obvious reason for them doing it this way is it takes a lot less time/resources and I doubt they are as concerned with security on play money tables.

Speaking of this.. I posted something a long time ago about disconnecting and seeing the cards before they turned.every one was like.. naah. its just a lag, but here was the situationI was in a hand against a few players, after the flop., there was some action. then just after I checked the turn, my comp. disconnected. but only for like 3 seconds., and as soon as it regained the connection, the next 2 turn and river cards were shown. Now at first i just thought i missed all the action, andthe hand waslayed out.. but then within a second after i saw them.. the river card was taken back., and the next couple players after me, went check, check. and then the river appeared again. and was the samecard

Strangely enough, I have noticed something very similar to this also.I don't even remember what site, but I was playing, and I also have a questionable connection, but I don't know if it even involved a disconnect or not. But sometimes when I'm jumping around between programs and/or other tables, the program glitches a little and the cards will freeze on the screen for a few seconds. One time it happened and I thought the card was frozen from the last hand, because it was in the turn or river spot. And we hadn't even seen a flop on this hand yet. But when the turn and/or river came out, it just replaced the frozen card that was there, and was the same one.

Here would be my take on what was happening.The Stars client has to act on the data it receives such as bets, folds, etc. along with cards delt. Since you were experiencing "delays", the client is delayed also. The other program may simply be "listening" to the ethernet traffic, picking out the cards delt, etc. and of course doesn't have to display all the graphics and such that the Stars client does. Therefore, the cards were actually delt, and while it appeared that action hadn't taken place, it actually had and the Stars client had received the flop cards but hadn't yet displayed that info. Two programs seeing the same data won't always be in sync with each other and of course aren't using the data in the same way.Just an idea of what may be going on since it occurred only during this session of "delays" and hasn't happend since. If the program could actually see cards before they were delt, it would show them every time, not just on occasion.

perhaps that might be something to check out, but look at the screen shots, i knew what was going to be on the flop before both of my hole cards were even delt.
