sigh. tough loss, fought hard though.

Wayne, Armenia almost took the lead near the end, they had a break, should have put it away. At that point, you+Pez are geniuses. Close, nearly worked for you, nice try.

It's just a matter of taking off your foul-mouthed, beer swilling fanatical hat for a moment and putting on your decent human hat.

as a jaded blue jays fan, my arguments for signing Bautista for whatever he is asking:   1. If they don't spend it on Bautista, it won't get "Better spent elsewhere" on other players. This is the bl

Here's a good example how the Jays current run can establish life long fans throughout the county.   My nephew who is 11 years old lives in Montreal and only cared about hockey last few years. Love

Cubs better be worried if this goes to a game 5.

Why did the AL get TBS while NL gets Fox. Even though I still think Harold Reynolds is the most knowledgeable, I really like the crew of matt vasgersian and john smoltz.

Really bugs me how much Gibbons plays for the left-right matchups. Just pinch-hit Barney for Goins and Upton for Saunders in the 7th with no one on base. Those are our two most important bench players and he wastes them in low-leverage situations. Subbing Barney for Goins against Andrew Miller increases your chances of him getting on base by almost nothing, and in return our defence gets worse and we lose the chance to use Barney or sub for Goins later on. Then you use one of your best pinch-hitters in Upton with no one on and two outs? Really bad.

Gibbons makes non conventional moves sometime, thats why he is awesome...

We can blame the loss on not being able to execute with runners in scoring position...Looking at 3rd strike too many times.

We live and die by the home run..Thats who we are..We need to hit it long and far as Gibby said yesterday..

We will be ok today..Look to score 6 runs..Happy will gives us 6 solid..Bullpen is rested...

Better pitchers get calls but I would've been interested in knowing what that game looks like if balls and strikes were called correctly. I think the ump had a terrible zone, though not necessarily unfair since he was consistent and Indians pitchers just took advantage better

I do dislike the Jays. :)

Tigers are meh. They suck and have a horrible manager who they just resigned.

I also really dislike Cleveland so I hope neither team wins and the Cubs/Dodgers becomes the World Series. ;)

Sadly Liz likes baseball and has it on. She's rooting for Cleveland.
