brvheart 1,750
Again, I ask.. why are they not a christian? You and I definitely have different definitions of Christian. You would see Jehovah's witnesses, Mormons, and Adventists as Christians.(not wrongly, btw, as they themselves claim to be Christians) However, I would not. The reason I don't believe they are, is because of the differences, specifically the differences regarding salvation. Adventists believe that you must keep the Old testament law, because they don't understand the new testament and the clear gospel of Christ, Mormons believe you have to be perfect, and then Jesus will save you. JW's are a crazy version of Mormons.

Sure, they keep a bunch of old testament laws, but aren't the just doing a bunch of extra stuff, that you don't believe is necessary? Isn't the Christ/faith/grace thing what makes you a christian? Or do you believe, because they still keep old testament laws, that somehow nullifies their faith?

Or do you believe, because they still keep old testament laws, that somehow nullifies their faith? It's more than just that. They believe that you MUST keep the OT laws to be saved. You must attend their churches. You must go on Saturday, not Sunday. And you must believe that one of their founders was a true prophet of God, and everything she said is absolute truth. However, Deuteronomy explains how you know if someone is a false prophet, one thing being that their prophecies don't come true. Ellen White made a bunch of prophecies that didn't come true. That, by definition, means she is a false prophet and that her church is a cult. The same goes for Joesph Smith and all his false prophesies, and the Jehovah Witnesses Watchtower organization and their hundreds of false prophecies about the end of the world. Ron_Mexico 4,219
She'd be 8500 times more attractive than she is if she lost about 40 pounds too, as long as we're talking about how fatty fat fat they are.Yeah, she hits two of my favs, glasses and a ginger. For her size, she needs bigger boobs, but I'd bang the Jesus right out of her. Or try

brvheart 1,750
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_true_ScotsmanExcept in this case we are talking about two different things. I'm not talking about someone who is part of a religion that has something to do with Jesus. I'm talking about someone who believes in the message Jesus gave us in the New Testament. I don't care at all about the label "Christian", per se. I'm a Christ-follower. Not a "christian".
