With charlie sheen, his account was so new that it didn't come up on google yet, I just had to get it from other people tweeting the news that @charliesheen was up and running, and clicking on that. Generally, you can tell if someone is real if their name is verified. Somepeople still have non verified accounts. Like bree's account isn't verified, but I don't know if they verify porn stars or not. When I googled " bree olson twitter" that twitter account was the first one that came up, so I don't really know what you're doing wrong. generally I find new people to follow mostly by other people re tweeting, or looking over other people's following lists.
