homnig 0
I was actually talking about Balloon Guy someone who likes balloons so if you have any Qs I think you should direct them to him/her. He's/she's not only an expert of balloons something but also a hand history wiz.Now I'm just confused.... lmfao

CoolHandKai 0
Sounds like you are doing quite well already, no need to get coaching or hand histories.
MaxStPolish 4
I hate this technology. Hand histories into hud's sucks. I've beaten that horse before tho. But its the nature of current technology I guess....but importing hands...its so unethical. Pretty sure illegal via site tos's as well....but just so unethical.
tv_nutrafin 0
****ING LOL. I don't know what the owners of this site are thinking but I just downloaded over 3 mil hands for free. homnig 0
Sounds like you are doing quite well already, no need to get coaching or hand histories.I was doing well but with moving up in stakes it almost seems like im making the same amount as I was with the lower stakes. Im winning bigger pots but im losing more than I was at the small stakes since the players are better. In order to be profitable the same way I was at lower stakes I need to increase my edge. DinkDonk 1
If you're playing 3/6 and 5/10 NLHE on anywhere near a proper bankroll, the cost of a coach should be well worth the price. Somehow based only upon this thread, I would venture a guess that you haven't been playing and beating games of that level for anywhere near a significant sample size. I'd say cash out down to a proper lower stakes bankroll level, use the rest for a coach, and learn to beat the game without unethically obtained information.

DinkDonk 1
this sites are scams and run by crooks, so who gives a shit if your violating policies. You're not hurting the site by violating policies of this nature. You're simply taking an advantage not allowed to other players. Which is fine if you carry no pretense of playing this game on an ethical and respectful level, both of which passed you by long ago. tv_nutrafin 0
lol @ ethics and poker... With poker you have no idea what your competitors are doing so unfortunately you have to take any advantage that comes your way. It's also pretty impossible for sites to enforce which websites you use.

MaxStPolish 4
Good grief. my morality >>>>>>>>>>> money.I'm not talking about the justification and enforceability of rules. Its about your moral barometer of right and wrong.Personally...i still think hud's are wrong as regardless of the honest hand acquisition, the breakdown of countless hands into precise numbers is not in the spirit of fair play. Sadly in this tech age it is widely accepted.Regardless...I think anyone with a moral baseline would agree that importing hands is wrong tho.Just my stance
CorvairShaggy 5
Since we are on the topic of ethics, what about the guys that play live and sit with notepads and take notes? Doesn't someone here sell a nice pad to keep track of live stats/hands?? I have not played live alot or in several years, but I have sat before with guys that yould write cryptic notes while playing, and this was in a real casino. Personally, I don't see a problem with keeping stats/notes on other players live or online, but buying databases??......c'mon now. But, will it really help THAT much??? Like last night in the Neg-O. The supernova new guy and a random new guy got involved in a hand, where the supernova flopped 2-pair, and the random flopped a set. Supernova called it an early night. I don't care what the numbers are, somebody is going to hurt every time in that spot.I would think coaching would be WAY better long term than stats. Poker is still gambling. You can spend X amount of $$ on 100's of stats that you may not ever need against players that you may never see IMO. AND you still may find yourself on the wrong end of a huge pot with the above example.
DinkDonk 1
Ethics aside, you're going to see a waaaay better return on your investment through coaching than through buying hands. And that's not really close at all.

homnig 0
^^ In this scenario I guess I wouldn't be buying the HH's. They are free lol. Can maybe kill 2 birds with one stone in this case. Free hand histories + money saved = coaching = double threat profitability increase.

babylondonks 5
Give a man a.... Give a man stats on the fish, and you will feed his bankroll for half a year. Teach a man how to beat the fish, and you will feed his bankroll for a lifetime. I'd go with the coaching. You beat me to it!
