Assuming I have little experience, but understad the basic concepts of limit hold'em (pot odds, being tight/aggressive, etc...), how do you win at .25/.50 limit when theres always 6 or seven people after the flop?Tighten up?

Tight aggressive works wonders. More people in the pot means that you can win fewer pots and still win money

Tighten up preflop, play big hands aggressively. DON'T BLUFF 99% of the time, too many calling stations.

Don't bluff. Value bet your strong hands and strong draws. Yea, and buy Small Stakes Hold'em. DON'T move up in limits just because some guy with bottom pair no kicker hit 2 pair on the river to beat your TPTK. These games are extremely easy to beat with just simple abc poker.

Some psychological tips:It's going to seem like anyone and everyone hits their miracle 2-outer against you time after time after time. It's also going to seem like it happens to no one except you. Rest assured this isn't the case, or more precisely, rest assured that it could well be the case, but these people are needing to suck out on you because you're playing quality starting hands and they're playing trash and calling you all the way down with it (And they AREN'T hitting their miracles on you as often as you may think). Finally, and you're not going to want to hear it, think "the long run....the long run....the long run" every time this happens, because these people are just giving money away and don't realize it.Now for playing tips:-Resist the temptation to scold someone for sucking out on you. Yeah, you may be mad, but all you're doing is educating them and making them a better player. Stay silent when it happens; it's the profitable option.-The importance of aggression, especially postflop, can't be overstated. No, you shouldn't be trying to bluff at every single pot, but if you think your hand is best, bet and/or raise it. If you're not quite sure where you are, betting and/or raising for information is likely still your best option; anyone who has something huge will play back at you.-On that note, semi-bluffing is a nice way to disguise your hand--I recommend doing this especially with an ace-high flush draw and lots of people in the pot; you hit enough times to make it profitable, and they generally don't believe you have it when you continue betting when the flush hits.-Beware when a calling station wakes up and starts playing back at you. They've hit something huge. If you look at the card and wonder "How the hell can that help anything?!", proceed with caution anyway, because you never know when a calling station has UberClowned their way into two-pair or a set.-Don't fear scary cards until you encounter resistance which says those cards helped somebody; keep betting until someone plays back at you, especially if you hit a piece of the flop.-Never, EVER, slowplay ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY when you're the preflop aggressor. There are RARE exceptions to this rule, but if you try and, say,get cute and check your trips on a 2-flush board, all that's probably going to happen is it's going to be checked around and you've just given the flush draw a free chance to hit. Yeah, they might call you and hit anyway if you bet, but at least you're making them pay for it ("That's poker"), rather than Hellmuthing yourself into the ground.And that's the long-winded version of it. In short, "bet it if you have it, fold it if you don't" works better than you may think.
