nutzbuster 7
Yesterday, CAZ.So the dealer sits down yesterday, replacing a lady dealer, who was having trouble with the auto shuffler. She tells the guy "hit the button a lot, it's messing up!".She walks off, He sits down, hits the button once, and low and behold, this one time after several fukups, the button works perfectly. The dealer sneers and says "See? that's why we don't need any women in the White House, let alone McCain and that cover girl....who needs 8 more years of Bush with a woman a heart beat away?"He may as well have farted....2 guys walked away, the rest of us sat dead silent for a good 15 minutes. He didn't get tipped much either. el O el.(btw, as soon as I doubled up I left, ship the $350, ty)
wakiki 0
Wowzers, and the sexism is just for the bonus points!Well, I just saw the other thread. So did you make this up, or is it for real?
Ron_Mexico 4,219
I have my doubts that two players at a 9 person table stood up and left when a dealer said something stupid. And you leaving as soon as you double is even worse.Nobody would really be that affected by moronic statements in a card room.

nutzbuster 7
I think suited(Kurt) was referring to your hit and run routine. lollol. pretty sure he was onto the political angle , but maybe the run outta there. My very first hand was pocket Kings. The chip runner hadn't run back with my buy in yet ($300)...and I HATE playing pots without chips. I had to call out my play...I effing hate that. Bet out $25 pre. old guy called.Flop was J-K-10 rb. Bet $50. old guy thinks, raises to 100. lol...stall call.Turn J. I check..he goes 150, I go all in, call, River 9. He had A-J. Insta double. Played pretty well, ran a few good position bluffs on the older guys. Was up to $700 at one point (in about 30 minutes) then slowwwwwwly missed draws but lost the min, etc. got back to my double up, felt like the tide was turning in the game for different reasons....BOOK IT DANO.outta there with a smile. aucu 3
My skin is thick, if it's a +ev situation I stay, might even keep the political edge going if only Obama dems are still seated to be able to jab them at some point with off the wall veiled Hillary/Chicago Slumlord/Rev Wright/Obama=Islam coments and tilt them. Even though I like ObamaCan always blame the dealer for starting it and have him pulled.BTW I've been to Wasilla, wining a beauty contest there would be a cake walk for a regular girl. nutzbuster 7
Not to derail this thread, but you gotta be shoving there 105% of the time!Oh for sure, but this guy was very skiddish and I could not shove because this was not true NL (spread limit, $5-$150 game). He was pretty nitty. I saw him fold a couple winners prior because he got scared. On an earlier hand, when a heart flush hit the turn (10h - 8h - Qc - 3h), he looked concerned and checked. I fired pot (with Ah-10c) on the button and he folded out top 2! I played weak because I wanted him to make his hand and make sure he was not going anywhere.
