Date: July 16th, 2008Wager: Montreal Canadiens (me) vs Boston Bruins (Ray) in a last longer bet. Regular season points mean nothing unless one team misses playoffs. The winner is whoever lasts longer in the playoffs (games played if they both go out in the same round).NOTE: if any of the bets with Chris are voided then this bet is voided. With: Ray (aka Troyomac)Amount: $50.00Odds: N/AOutcome: Ongoing

well I said, "Fixed your bet?" instead of "Fixed your bet" because of this line that I edited...Regular season points mean nothing unless one or both teams miss the playoffsYour wording didn't make it clear what happens if both teams miss the playoffs.

Sure, I'll mention the $5.00 I lost to you last year if you come on in the next couple of years to announce how much you will have lost to me.

Has there been talk of a buyout?Assuming Penner gets 30 goals this year DM's guys will have at least until 2012 (Schremp) to pull this off. Little and Latendresse (2013), Stamkos (2016).

The bet was made after that season right? It's not like you made the bet and was robbed by one goal.

We can add another bet and assume that Penner scored 30 two years ago. That would still give my guys plenty of time to score 30. Interested?

Dale, can I get clarification on our Grabovsky bet?The way I have it worded in the original thread, if Grabovsky was to outscore Kostitsyn by 11 points, you would win, but the way you have it worded here, I would win. Are we betting that the players won't be more than 9.5 points apart at the end of the season, or that Kostitsyn won't outscore Grabovsky by more than 9.5?

We'll make it Kostitsyn has to outscore Grabovsky by 10 or more for me to win.

I was looking to see what bet(s) I had with you and came across this. So far Wellwood has 3 points in 3 games, and Fedotenko has 1 point in 9 games. So I'm wondering if Wellwood gets more points, but plays 20 less games, does that mean bet is void?Date: July 15th, 2008Wager: Ruslan Fedotenko (me) vs Kyle Wellwood (Serge) in total NHL points for 08-09 season. The games played differential between the two players can be 20 games at most or bet is voided. With: SergeAmount: $20.00Odds: I'm giving 10 to 1Outcome: Ongoing
