With the OESD and top pair. I couldn't get away from this hand. I would think AQ would have to be in his range and you may still be ahead.

I don't think we are ahead and we could find a fold. I don't expect to be re-raised pre by anything we beat at this level. Why not 3-bet preflop though?

villain prob. if he's a bad player, min-raised with aces, which we have 25% equity against.

A lot of hands that you're up against have you beat here as you're well awareYou could easily be facing a set or the nut straight, or Aces. If you're facing a min-raise preflop from a guy like this, usually it's easy to put him on AA-QQ or AK at the very least if he's as tight as you say. I don't see a player playing this tight making that min-raise followed by a pot sized bet on that coordinated of a board unless he held something strong.I'd live to fight another day.

Yeah I three bang this preflop (especially since we are out of position). That is one nasty flop. We're only really beating a badly played 88, 99 or AQ. Sure we have 10 outs against a set of 10's through Q's, but we're out of position with no implied odds and no fold equity. I probably just fold since we still have a good amount of chips left.

It is impossible to tell what the min-raise means. All it means in my mind is the villain probably has no idea how to play poker. I see it a lot with KQ and a lot with AA so you just don't know.
