Wk1: 211lbs exactly. (Start weight 215.4) Wk2: 211.5lbs Tough week. Hurt my ankle early so couldn't exercise that much. Already started this week better so hoping for a better week!

will be weighing in tomorrow guys

Week 1 weigh in: 211lbs exactly. (Start weight 215.4) Pleased with that although it's probably mainly water weight lost.

Will be doing my weigh in tomorrow guys
-
Weighed in at 215.4. Aiming for 190lb ultimately.

Hey guys, can I get in on this? Bit late to the party but only logged on for the first time in months today. Will do an official way in later.
-
Thanks for reminding me guys. The spreadsheet is updated on my work laptop , which doesn't allow me to access Google sheets. I'll transfer to my iPad this evening so all can view. We can start drafting soon after that.

If Europe loses 28-0 it's going to be really difficult for me to win.

I reckon I could have told you Chris Wood would be last man picked before we even started. They even had him sitting off stage during the opening ceremony yesterday!

Lee Westwood Thomas Pieters

Weighed myself today - 94.1kg. Gaining! Ankle now fixed though so really I'm looking at this as my start weight!

I weighed in at 204.9lb yesterday. Really didn't do much either! Had a scan this afternoon on an ankle injury which I've had for a while which has stopped me doing any cardio. Waiting to hear back on results but that's gonna be a big step in how much exercise I am able to do over the next few weeks.

I feel like I am doing ok so far, not eating perfectly but not snacking too terribly and have managed three gym sessions. Unfortunately I re-injured my ankle a month back and have a scan on Tuesday to see if surgery is required to fix it up - 3rd time in 15 months doing the same injury. As a result I'm doing weights primarily so although I'll lose fat, I may not lose so much weight. In terms of weight loss, high intensity interval training is fantastic for those who can. Do 12x30 intense effort seconds of something that'll get your heart racing - high knees, skipping, star jumps, boxing -

Alrighty, weigh in done. 14st11lbs (207lbs). I'd love to get to 190lbs though three months would be too quick. Realistically, 196lbs I'd take.

The finishing time for this is so terrible for me. I'm going to the Euros for 4 days in late June and a wedding on July 2nd. Gonna need to smash it before then!

I have a huge problem with motivation. I'll eat healthily and exercise loads for a month then injury myself - currently nursing a high ankle sprain (f'ing painful!) - and then eat terribly and do no exercise for two months. As a result I never get anywhere. Also, I favour a Guinness which is super calorific and doesn't help matters!

Draft lottery result is now posted. Congrats xxxxxx.

Steve, I just wanted to reply to your last post. I am definitely not one who subscribes to the idea that every GM is trying to 'bend another over' in trade talks. Some times there are mutually beneficial trades, some times you give up the best of it if it helps you in other ways. I genuinely think if every GM was out to screw each other every time it'd be the end of the league.

I think Josh probably just nailed it. And of course, my team is so good it's not worth anyone else trying this year...
-
I did a lot of pre-season work. Probably still do some more but none of your rentals were on teams that I am looking for. I did Tarasenko for Kane last year. That title is worth it.

The world is a changing place Serge. The term 'internet friends' is becoming outdated. A report in the UK today said that 1/3 people who originally meet via social media go on to meet in real life and 20% of marriages are now between people who meet online. I'm not a bad guy because I make one post stating what I perceive as an outsider to the AHL. I may well be wrong. However, I have just as much right to put together a post like that (maybe it was unfair to state the franchises were terribly managed) as DN has to put together a post like his basically bullying Zach - a guy I have met in
-
Serge, I understand that you had a pre-existing friendship with DN, and I appreciate that. However, part of a friendship is being able to objectively view what that person is doing and saying and forming an opinion of whether that is right or wrong. Clearly DN's post to Zach was wrong, on a lot of levels, and to agree with it and tell him great it was just smacks of blind fanaticism. You strike me as someone who is probably a great guy offline but your jingoism towards the AHL and it's initial members borders on the absurd.

Pretty hilarious how DN has just bought the league and a lot of you guys are mindlessly following him as you are terrified of getting the freeroll taken away. The even more hilarious thing is that those that are mindlessly following him are the guys that are never going to get a piece of that pie due to your terrible mismanagement of your franchises. The guys who stand to benefit are the guys challenging the quid pro quo to try and make your league more competitive and better overall. If DN the co-commissioner, was Joe Bloggs who worked in construction and didn't have a public profile, the
