Awesome: Being able to sweat Fluff, considering all of the positive contributions he's made to this site, along with his seemingly always positive outlook on life, too. I know I'm planning on going to Vegas at least twice, with an upwards of four times this year. I definitely plan on making at least one of these trips during the WSOP, and would be in for any FCP meetups...especially if that means spending time with Rose I'll probably get a better idea of what's going on when it gets a little closer.

First a little background. I would be the one accepting the bet. I'll admit I'm not the world's greatest online ring player, but when I've had time to play, I've had decent results. A few years ago I used to play 6 Max O8 on FT, anywhere between 8-16 and 15-30 regularly with the occasional shot at 30-60. For what it's worth, I'll share what info I have about Cada and the whole WSOP thing. Prior to the WSOP, Cada went on a huge downswing, somewhere along the lines of 175k. A friend of his was getting backed by Bax and Sheets, and got Cada hooked up with them. Initially I heard the deal was 60/40, but then I heard 50/50. I'm not sure if this was changed based on performance or not. To the best of my understanding, the stake was for about 100k, and was for multiple WSOP NLHE events. It was Cada's plan to purchase a residence before his run at the Main Event, so I wouldn't expect that to cha

I'm currently chip leader three handed of the 24+2 Deepstack plo8, but for some reason the make a deal software isn't working, and support...well, they aren't being very supportive. Anyone here have experience using this, and can offer some pointers? It would be greatly appreciated.

I really hope Cada pulls this thing off, or at least makes a final table. He used to play in one of the home games I used to play in about 3 years ago. The kid is a sick player. I know he won the FTP Sunday 750k a while back, and also won 70k playing 3/6 HU NL HE in a month. I got nothing but good things to say about him. Just figured I'd shed a little bit of light on a player who is relatively unknown. If he makes the November Nine, there's a group of us already planning on flying out there.Please FT this...I need an excuse to go back to Vegas.

For once I can contribute something to this forum. Dollar Tree's sell two packs of playing cards for one dollar. If you're buying large quantities, and have time...visit Dollartreedirect.com and you can order by the case and have them shipped to your nearest D Tree for free + a small handling charge, but to be honest...most stores have large quantities usually in stock. Just a friendly heads up since I work for D Tree as an assistant manager. The cards aren't the greatest quality, but I've used them myself when I've hosted several poker tournaments and they worked just fine.

Personally I don't like this spot at all. I can't see myself wanting to get too invested here. I mean the only good board is one that gives you a king high straight, and maybe the flush if the board doesn't pair. If the turn either an ace,4,5 or 6, your hand is as good as dead. I'll save the two dollars and go buy a drink. If this was limit, a peel wouldn't be the worst thing I've seen, but in PLO8, I want out now.

I'm a nobody who's interested in both. I already have a hotel booked for middle/late May, so I'm hoping this all happens during that time. I figure it's about time to stop lurking and start getting involved with everyone. That, and I'm very good at making bad bets on golf which should be a good thing for everyone there.
