They have mentioned Robb's names a few times in the show, at first when King Robert arrives and meets all the kids and again in a scene with his mother. Theon looks way to much like Robb and I've seen it causing confusion for people new to the show. Of the Stark kids Rickon is the one that's being ignored, but that's pretty much to be expected.I don't share Big-D's concerns about the characters being one dimensional throughout the show. Without posting spoiler stuff about the story lets just say I'm confident that the people playing the roles that are the characters who have the most depth

Pretty well done. Some details are missed from the book obviously, but they touched on all the important stuff and cast is great (Jamie being better than I thought he would be when I saw who they cast) and the settings are awesome. I'm already worried that 10 episodes just isn't going to cut it. I guess it depends on where they stop the first season in the story though.For those that had trouble keeping track of who is who...HBO Game of Thrones Guide It's spoiler free, but shows a lot of people that have not been introduced yet.

HBO optioned Niel Gaimons's American Gods in the last week, not sure if that's going to be a show or just a mini series. Either way it should be good. Now that I have a Ipad I find myself reading a lot more books so I'll probably get around to finishing the Dark Tower series eventually.

5 new clips posted from the first episodeLast I checked Metacritic it was up to 18 reviews, 15 good 3 bad. The 3 bad ones were mostly ripping on the fantasy stereotypes, the one from the NY times I read sounded like they didn't even watch it.

You might be right about Brown being gone, but Jameson and Williams can both score when they get volumes of shots which they will now. I presume that they will be running a completely different offense which will probably focus on ball movement and getting everyone open shots and a lot less 1v1 and isolation plays.

They should still be a good defensive team for the most part, and there are still a lot of weak teams who just from the effort on that end they will stay in games with. If hickson develops and williams and jameson stay healthy I think they can with 35-38 games.

With Rachel gone there is no drama in the house other than Britney picking at her split ends and talking about how disgusting Brendon is. She is so high on herself it annoys me. I never knew Eastwood directed Firefox, that was a great movie at the time. Not sure how well it holds up because I havent seen it in 20 years, but I remember it being really intense and well acted.
