what does a freeroll mean guys?

i live here in newfoundland canada, and am getting digital cable, is there any station i can subscribe for to watch these events???

I play in a home game a couple times a week, and witht he group I play with, if i raise trying to bluff the peron I am trying to bluff will show the hand around to everyone and ask for there opionions, usually calling jsut because someone may haev a read on what i have done... it drives me crazy but they all think its o.k
