Very, very well said. It reminds me of the line from "The War Room" documentary when James Carville was watching Ross Perot dancing to "I'm Crazy" after losing the election and said...."That could be the single most expensive act of masturbation in the history of this country".

One time I was at this casino in Biloxi and I was playing 3 handed 2/4 NL with my friend Rob and some guy named Ace. Anyway, this guy Ace kept looking at me kind of weird and smiling for no reason. Then he told me that he liked the gold chain around my neck and that it looked good on me which was kind off odd. He kept asking me where I shopped for chains etc and was just asking generally strange questions. A couple times he mentioned hitting the bar later for a drink. Anyway I was in the small blind with Jack of hearts, Ace of clubs and I raised 3x , Rob folded, and Ace called from the bu

A piece of advice. Whenever I wake up and all my pokerstars money is gone, I go to the cupboard and look at my whiskey bottle. If my whiskey bottle appears to have been hacked, I look for an empty glass by my computer. If I find that empty glass and I also slept in my clothes, I come to the conclusion that I, in fact, hacked myself. Follow the clues...

Please post the email. I would like to know how pstars responds to these situations...

What Habit Does Your Poker Profits Feed?
railmonkey replied to Footballguru's topic in General Poker Forum
I used my profits from a big MTT win for a huge vice of mine...building trellis' for, bringing in quality soil for, getting optimal plants for, putting in an irrigation system for....a spring vegetable garden. Yes, I am addicted to growing tomatoes, okra, squash etc. I probably spent $1000 to prepare a garden that will generate vegetables over the season that would total about $200 at a quality local grocery store! -EV you say? Not to the friends of mine who get bags of veggie treats this spring!!! -
Sounds like a really tight 'friend' you are badmouthing and snooping about online. Maybe you should refer to him hereafter as an 'acquaintance"...

I Want To Play Now, I Live In The U.s. How Can I Still Play?

Hahaha. I was thinking the exact same thing... -
FinanceMajor-I know a little more about this than you might think and I am also pretty close to you geographically speaking. There is no question that what you are suggesting is, according to the Texas Penal Code, completely illegal. Don't get me wrong...I'd play the game and take the risk as a player but you have been getting bad advice if you think that you are even close to the legal side of the line. Whether TABC/J.B Smith/TPD enforces it is another story because we all know that the law is only an issue if it is actually enforced. But as far as thinking it is legal, you are incorrect.

I think that this would not go over well in Smith County. They are notorious for tough prosecution of just about anything. If I was to do it, I'd take it just outside the County Line. Maybe Henderson County or thereabouts. Downtown Tyler is too close to the Courthouse and businesses. You'd be busted in a month.

planning on signing up due to obvious circumstances. question is do I have to have a bonus code for the 100% bonus when I sign up or will it automatically give it to me? I downloaded the software but on the signup page it mentions a 'bonus code'. The site doesn't mention one. Also, how easy is the full bonus to clear compared to other sites? Thanks.

Kind of. I made a little nerdy book that I kept and I would play a step 1. If I went out, I was out. If I got $5 back, I put that back into my $500 I was willing to spend. If I got a reentry, I played again and if I got a step 2, I let it sit. I built up to 10 step 2's (worth $55 each after being in about $200 then) and began playing the step 2's. I came in 1st or 2nd in three of those to win 3 $215 entries. On step 2, you move back to step 1 if you come in 3rd through 9th (I think). I played some more step 1's and built them up to some 2's and got pretty lucky there and won about 2 ou
