  3. I think it's a safe bet to leave your money on the sites. Even if neteller transactions are blocked by US banks and we can't EVEN withdraw to them, then at least neteller has their own debit card (granted it has huge fees) and I can withdraw my money through an atm....Unless the ATM BLOCKS IT!!:!?!?! OH NO!!!

  11. Did they email her asking for that when she submitted withdrawal? Or did she have to ask why her money was still in her account?
  12. Same with me I tried cashing out and balance was still $100, did it twice cause I thought it was an error...If it doesn't go through by tomorrow there is probably a problem...They want to keep that money too @ssholes

If you read the other thread I talked to CS before I made the bet as well and they said same IP was fine and everything and when they froze our accounts too and I called them, they admitted to having the chat log that verified I was told it was ok, however still only refunded one account since their policy is one account per household, however they still lied to me and took my girlfriend's money (I gave her mine) and so I filed a complaint with the gaming comission that licenses them. You should do the same.

  17. At the bottom of the home page there is a little symbol to show that they are licensed, click it and it takes you to the site and at the top there is a complaint button.
  18. Same thing happened to me if you read my post in other forum. They read the chat log and everything. I filed a complaint with the gaming commission that licenses them. I suggest you do the same. Also, I was told I would be requested to send in ID also when I try to cashout. I cashed out and it said it would take 48 hours to process or whatever, but it still shows $100 in my account, is this how their cashout works, it remains in your account till it's gone?Crazy, I asked them specifically the IP question and if we could both do the promo and they said yes and acknowledged it when I complained,
  19. I just talked to customer service on the phone. They refunded my account but not my girlfriend's since mine was the first created from the computer. They verified from their chat transcripts that their customer service agent told me that both of us could take advantage of the bonus from same IP addres and then said that they still can't refund the money because it's against their policy. I was like "wtf, your guy told me it wasn't and it's not my fault he lied, that's yours" and they just said, "i'm sorry sir we can't do anything for you".
