  1. Hi,Set them up on PokerStars. Not sure if you play a lot on the site but if you do, you probably got enough FPP to be allowed to create private tourneys. Just e-mail them.
  2. I stopped smoking two years ago... ZYBAN! Those little pills really worked. Took them for two and a half months. WHat is great about them is that they do want you to smoke when you are taking them. So no pressure like with the patches to reduce smoking while trying the treatment. With Zyban your addiction goes away slowly without any pressure of stopping right away.Goold luck smash.
  3. !!! Wow!! Must be hard to see the flush on that! Just imagine trying to figure out the pot odds! 8)
  4. I felt exactly the same several years ago. I was going to "raves" at least twice a week, taking too many pills (I am not saying that Daniel is ... DO NOT GET ME WRONG), living by night, sleeping into the days,... When I was waking up everything seemed boring, too normal and normal people are boring. It was too late into the day to start anything but anyway I did not feel like doing anything. Anyway, now I have a great wife, a beautiful daughter of 2 and half and another baby coming in August. I still like to have fun (a lot of it!) but my priorities have changed. I won't tell Daniel how
  5. I will try an answer, please correct my math if I am wrong:Let's assume that it is an all-in situation versus two players and you know that both players do not have Q-T in their pocket (because they turn their card on the all-in).So 4 Q remaining and 4 T remaining with 45 possibilities (52 cards - 3 flop - 2 pockets - 2 pockets)1 - (37/45 * 40/44) = 25.25% = 74.75:25.25 = 2.96:1Am I right?
  6. Now that's funny!!! And without the word 'penis' in the joke!

    how old are you?

33 years old, one beautiful little girl, my wife is expecting another one in August. I have been playing online for 2 years.
  8. I am suggesting also a new site: NoblePoker. I just discover it this weekend. They have a good game going on there with a lot of stats and options. The traffic is really decent for a new site.
  9. That is an example why I always turn off the chat option. It is too bad because I am sure I would be able to have a great conversation and meet great people once in a while.
  10. PokerStars has the best Omaha Hi-Lo multi-table tournaments.
  11. Sorry, I have not find the article but I am sure it was in CardPlayer magazine and I am pretty sure it was written by Michael Cappelletti.
  12. This is correct but it seems as Chris reads Cardplayer magazine too. This article was on Cardplayer magazine around 8 months ago. I'll try to make some research tonight if I have the time. If I find it, I'll post the link.BTW, this is correct for ring tables also... only in multi-tables tourneys you have to be more creative, in my opinion.
  13. Good day all,I am very disappointed of myself today and I wanted to share this with the poker community. I am not sure though if I am the only one with "the" problem or if you can suggest me how to avoid "the" problem...Here is "my/the" problem... 2 times in a few months I have been able to grow my poker account from $50 to around $320. Each time I withdrew $200 to my neteller account, leaving me with around $120 to play with. Both times again I have been able to raise that amount to around $350. Then my illness starts: I go from $20 s'n'g to $100 s'n'g thinking that I already made money s
  14. I like Pacific Poker. What I like about Pacific is :* straight forward poker (simple graphics, maybe too simple though)* their s'n'g 5 seats* their $30+3 buy-in $20,000 multi-table tourneys each night* great customer service (part of 888.com casino)When I loose on Pacific I usually have only myself too blame and not a run of badbeats.I have withdrawn a few times from them and yes they take around 3-4 business days to send the money to neteller but beside PartyPoker who takes only 2 hours, everybody else is about the same.On the down side, they allow you to play on one table only at a time w
  15. I have been playing on-line poker for more than a year now. During that year I have been playing on UB, PokerStars and ParadisePoker which are three excellent poker sites. I have to say though that I have made a pleasant discovery last week: goldenpalacepoker.com. If you play mostly (or only) Texas Hold'em, they have a fast game and a very good software. No doubt now that I will be playing that site as much as I am playing the three others.[/u]
