My boss used to try to micromanage everything I did too.. Until I told her off, grabbed my jacket and pocketbook and started walking out. She threw her body in front of me and wouldn't let me leave. After that day, she stopped and just tries to control everyone else. I gave notice about 3 weeks later when I was offered another job, but then they gave me a 7K raise to stay.. So here I am.. They leave me alone.. Apparently that was a mistake because I don't see myself getting any work done again today hehe :shock:
