Last time i was at the Horseshoe Hammond was about 3months ago. They do not have poker tables.

Does anyone else ever notice that sometimes during a TV show it seems like the producers have added in extra chip noise sound-effects from players shuffling their chips and doing chip tricks??

Why does customer service suck? B/c they probably dont give a sh*t about your problems or questions. They dont get paid enough to care. If I had to sit around and listen to ppl complain about their problems all day, I'd be in a bad mood too. Eventually, I would also stop caring (assuming I ever did in the first place). I had a job like that once. It was terrible. People are stupid!!! It's enough to turn almost anyone into an alcoholic.

I play on PS for tournaments, especially the SNGs. PS SNGs blinds go up every 10min vs. 6min on FT. However I go over to FT to play cash games.

Here's how I look at it. Believe in whatever you want to. Whatever makes your life more complete and helps ya sleep at night or whatever. By all means, go ahead. It doesnt affect me. Just as what I believe doesn't (and shouldnt) affect or change your beliefs or ideas. George Carlin was right. We need to add a commandment that says "Thou shalt keep thy religion to thy self".

Is there much in this book that is different or better than what is discussed in Winning Low Limit Hold 'em by Lee Jones?? I've been reluctant to buy SSHE because I'd hate to spend $20 or whatever it costs on the same material.

Both times the other guy flopped 3 jacks when you flopped a full house. It sounds like it would have been a big pot no matter what street you waited to move all-in on. You moved in when you had the better hand and got out drawn. You're right, thats poker. But twice within 5min of each of other, man that hurts.

A couple thoughts. What do you think?Buy in for about the same amount as you would if you were playing the equivalent stakes at limit?Buy in for an amount that is about the avg. stack size at the table?

The suspenders must be too tight. That might explain that look on her face.

I disconnected my cable too.....right after I bought a satellite dish!

This show is great! I hope they put in on DVD soon!
