brabz 0
As someone with a lot of experience hacking/modding video games, I'm sure it's absolutely possible. It's got built in memory and wireless internet access. I've also read some pages about hacking PSP's to watch TV shows and movies. Seems pretty solid as long as you're tech-savvy. Search some tech sites about modding, and I'm sure you can find the answers. Best of luck hacking the system for online poker.
fleung22 1
Already asked about this. Anything's possible but in terms of widespread use there are no current mods available.I'd buy a PSP just for this if it was.
eYank 0
as of right now, I dont think its very possible, The PSP only has 32 mb of memory i believe so it would be tough to run a program I believe but I could be wrong
sixhands 0
all of the above is what I pretty much came up with as well.only having 32 mb of memory will make it difficult but I was hoping there was a java app or something that would allow me to play for cash on one of the sites.hey fleung if you have the link or can give a bit more to search with I would be happy to read that thread. I tried searching but I got way too many hits to sift through them all.thanks for the responses so far.
Incubus77546 0
32mb for a PSP is just what you get as a started kit. My PSP has 1Gig of memory and you can even get up to 2Gigs. You can probably get even more memory you just have to buy the memory stick not included with the PSP.
zsta2k6 0
technically you could, using a modded psp running bochs emulator, only hangup is as previously mentioned, the lack of RAM, as well as the lack of working network code in bochs for the PSP ATM.

I didn't ask on a thread on the forum...just went to my local geek friends who all have PSPs and have modified pretty much every device out there. They got nothing.
eYank 0
there is a difference between memory and the memory stickthe memory in the psp is like RAM on a computerthe memeory stick is like a hard driveYou can save stuff on the Memory stick but the internal memory is what is used to run programs

umop-apisdn 0
I think you'll have better luck asking on a PSP forum than a Poker one...Try:www.pspmod.comOr you could just buy a Win-based handheld...
