psujohn 0
Please someone make the converter work again ...Reads: A will raise with mediocre starting hands, SB is pretty solidPartyPoker $0.50/$1 Texas Hold'em Dealt to hero [ Jc Js ]A raises [$1], hero raises [$1.50], B calls [$1.50], SB caps, all call17 SB** Dealing Flop ** [ 4h, 6h, 6d ]2 check, hero bets [$0.50], 3 call21 SB** Dealing Turn ** [ 7s ]2 check. hero bets [$1]. B calls [$1]. SB raises [$2]. A folds.hero calls [$1]. B folds.15 BB** Dealing River ** [ 5h ]SB bets [$1]. hero calls [$1].Correct? What does SB have?Given that flop I assume I'm ahead. Bet and no raises. On the flop - that 7 can't possibly have helped SB. He'd never cap with 85.River puts a possible flush on the board but with that monster pot we have to call it right? Smasharoo 0
Correct? What does SB have?A bigger overpair.
CobaltBlue 662
My guess is that SB reasoned that he can't protect his overpair on the flop, and he waits for the turn to check-raise to get more value.
psujohn 0
So what do I do?Check/call the flop? - I guess I'm really not driving anyone out with the pot laying 18-1.If there's no way for me to win is there a way to lose less? Should I have bet/folded on the turn? Fold the river?
Smasharoo 0
Just check/call it down unless there's heavy action from someone other than the SB.
Steppin Razor 0
I would also put him on a higher pair. Betting out at the flop was okay. On the turn raise, if you trust your read you can let it go, otherwise call down like you did.
Actuary 3
I hear you just have to delete the word "Texas" from the hand history before running the converter
custom36 4
I hear you just have to delete the word "Texas" from the hand history before running the converterYeah, I tried that. It didn't work.OP: Hand looks fine. He has a larger pair.
