I was wondering if i could get an opinion on if they're worth playing and what my anticipated success rate should be in these tourneys

Complete crapshoot imho. You are playing against people who don't know the game for the most part....no real skill involved.

I won the first one I played. To answer your question, I think they are worth playing, crappy competition, small buy in, good pay off if you get lucky, get in there and gamble. Oh ya stress level should be high, its a turbo full of donkeys.

Those games piss me off to the max. I watched a buddy of mine (who really is an average player at best) win one a couple of days ago. The play was so bad as I watched his tables. Then later I gave it a whirl...nothing like a few bad beats to make you shortstack, but I won the 1st round. But the play never improved in the later rounds which was cool with me. But for the most part, if you can avoid the suckouts and play well, you should win a seat after awhile.But they just piss me off so easily...

Well, you can play like 65 of the $3 ones and still come out ahead if you win one seat. I think you should be able to do much better than that. I've won a seat in a $3 triple shootout and this was what I noticed.LOL @ the play on the first table.<----like play money Chuckle @ the play on the second table.<-----maybe $5 SNG playersShrug at the play on the third table.<-----winning $5 SNG players.The third table will actually have players in all three categories sprinkled in and it's up to you to figure out who's who.

I have one two of them, the 2.20. I played in one sunday mill and busted early so i withdrew from second one. I used it for 4 $50 dollar buy ins not much better luck but I had more fun.

if you cant take a bad beat DONT play these on the upside the +EV is pretty good
