Balloon guy 158
Oh.I agree with him.If we could just get people to realize that you can eat 4-5 egg yolks a week AND that radical muslim extremist are the greatest threat to civilization, we could finally get around to electing people that can rule the world correctly! Like Sarah Palin...Or Bono
Roll the Bones 74
eggs have the best biological value in terms of protein from a food source. the yolk is nutrient-rich. the amount of cholesterol in food has virtually no impact on cholesterol levels in the blood. milk is nutrient-rich.Geez, I didn't want to make this a food debate, but I dissagree. What is biological value? Cholesterol has no impact on your cholesterol levels? So, when you have high Ch and the doctor says to stop eating it, he is an idiot? First off, cholesterol isn't necessary and harmful to humans period. Milk is junk and eggs are high cholesterol and though they have protein and nutrients those can be had from much better sources. In general, people would improve their health vastly by eliminating dairy products.

Balloon guy 158
You sir, should eat 6-egg sausage cheese omelettes for breakfast, everyday.I had a friend who was a missionary in Thialand for a few years tell me the story of how he was having a hard time eating the local food; grubs and scrawny chickens skewered live and put into vats of cooking oil feathers and all etc.One day he got hold of a couple eggs and made himself some scrambled eggs and the people in the village came by and started making gagging noises and stuff and his interpreter told him that they thought it was disgusting that he would eat the embryo cooked in the embryonic fluids of the chicken.I can't eat eggs without thinking of that in way too much detail. This is especially true of religons, not that that is all bad. Humans need their myths, like Abner Doubleday inventing baseball and the Pilgrims being the first settlement and Obama being born in Kenya.
